American-Made · NDAA Compliant · Pre-Seed
Multi-drone event security that cities can afford today — and the gateway to full autonomous first response tomorrow.
We deploy fleets of cost-efficient drones for municipal events — concert series, festivals, parades. When an incident occurs, our swarm provides instant aerial intelligence which enables Public Agencies to dispatch premium DFR assets. Currently in hardware flight testing with a working simulation environment and a in talks with agency partners.

Public Aircraft Operation
The Opportunity
Drone First Response programs cost millions in permanent infrastructure and require multi-year commitments. Most cities — especially mid-size municipalities — are priced out entirely. We fill that gap.
We’re not replacing premium DFR programs — we’re the first step that gets cities flying today. When an incident occurs during an event, our swarm provides instant aerial situational awareness and coordinates the dispatch of more capable, more expensive DFR assets. Complementary, not competitive.
The Product
A fleet of American-made drones that deploy on demand for concerts, festivals, and public gatherings — providing persistent aerial coverage at a fraction of the cost of traditional approaches.
Multiple drones operating in coordinated formation with automatic squadron rotation. While one group recharges, the next takes over — eliminating the battery gap that plagues single-drone operations.
our simulation platform where pilots and visual observers train built on real venue models before live events. Accurate flight dynamics, real GCS integration — mission rehearsal without risk.
When something goes wrong at an event, our swarm is already overhead. We provide instant aerial intelligence and coordinate dispatch of premium DFR assets — bridging the gap between event security and emergency response.

Business Model
Our simulation platform generates revenue from day one. Hardware leases scale with demand.
Revenue Stream 1
One-time fee to create high-fidelity 3D models of client venues for simulation and mission planning. Each new customer starts here.
Revenue Stream 2
Monthly subscription for pilot and visual observer training in our simulation environment. Risk-free mission rehearsal with accurate flight dynamics and GCS integration.
Revenue Stream 3
Short-term hardware leases for event series. We provide the drone fleet and swarm software — the department provides certified pilots. Seasonal, no long-term lock-in.
Where We Are
We’re not a slide deck. We have working technology, a clear path to revenue, and are already in talks with Agency partners.

Leadership
Founder
Aerospace Software Engineer specializing in autonomous systems. Prior to founding ADC, I lead Embedded Teams at Umbra Lab and at Anduril Industries, focusing on real-time GNC architectures and hardware integration for defense assets.
The American Drone Company operates on a proprietary avionics stack and custom Ground Control Station. To bridge the gap from prototype to scale, ADC leverages deep industry relationships across electrical engineering and avionics. This provides a clear, de-risked path to a fully custom, compliant flight controller without the capital overhead of building an internal hardware manufacturing arm from day one.
